Testimony : Sharing my story of how Freedom has impacted my life.
How I First Heard About Freedom
I first heard about Freedom through one of my closest friends. Every time she attended a conference, she would tell me all about it in such detail that I felt like I had attended myself. At that time, I was living in South Africa.
Joining Freedom
When I moved to the UK in 2019, my friend introduced me to the Freedom Ministry, and I joined the WhatsApp group. I loved how welcoming the group was. Interdenominational, a group that was divinely set up purely for sharing the Word of God and for praying.
My Growth Journey
With time, I started leading prayer; something I had never done before. I learned through practice, feedback, and observing others.
Attending conferences helped me understand my identity in Christ in a way I had never understood before.
I learned about freedom and how important it is to let go of past hurts so we can live the abundant life promised in
John 10:10: “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
Freedom taught me a new language to express myself spiritually. At one conference, a woman of God called me an Intercessor. I had never seen myself that way before.
When I asked her why, she said she noticed how I cry whenever someone shares a testimony; that it was a spiritual connection.
I used to feel awkward about my tears, but now I cry freely, knowing God made me this way for a reason.
Transformation
Walking in Freedom has taught me so much. I have grown spiritually; I’m not there yet, but I believe God is using me in mighty ways and will continue to do so.
I’ve shared Freedom with my family and friends, and the ministry has been a great blessing. The 6 AM prayers set a positive tone for my day, filling it with hope.
I am so grateful to my friend who introduced me to this powerful ministry that has literally changed my life.
To God be the Glory!
